John Frattasi is a New York City based producer, director and photographer. 

 

​He has worked across the world for clients spanning social-impact and non-profit organizations, political campaigns, technology start-ups and global brands including Samsung, Sony and Lutron Electronics. He prides himself on bringing the perfect blend of artistic sensibility and technical prowess to each project - always ensuring the intention and power of a story is front and center.

He is also the founder of Gusto Media, a creative studio specializing in dynamic, story driven videos that are as impactful as they are beautiful. In addition to commercial projects, John is passionate about travel and documentary work and is always in search of inspiring stories. When he's not creating for clients, you can often find him wandering around a beautiful city with his camera, chasing the perfect light in search of new perspectives.

​A graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design, John works fluently in English and Italian, and proficiently in Spanish. He is currently a resident at Salotto, a hub for cultural research and production run by NYC-based Italian creative professionals
